All merchandise sold in the Crazy Poet Online Store is produced on-demand, meaning we carry no inventory and only manufacture your purchase after you order it. Because of this custom process, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges on any branded item, with the exception of physical media (records, cassettes, vinyl).

We’re a small, independent label representing indie artists. The items sold in our store are high-quality, and sold at very low margins. We sell these items to help promote our artists, not to make money. If you are truly unhappy with your purchase, contact us and we will do our best to try and find an alternate resolution.
